2024 Grant proposals are due on March 1st and we are looking to hear from you! Applications are open to Black Catholics living and serving in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as well as other ministry leaders and clergy serving Black Catholics in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Leadership Development

Requests for programs for groups or individuals to train and equip leaders to serve in the local parish or Catholic Institutions

Parish Leadership and Ministry Support

Support for DRE/CRE Salary Supplementation
Parish based ministry programs that foster growth and development of parish local community

Youth and Young Adult Initiatives

Support for mission experiences, training or other programs to engage and ignite Black Catholic youth and young adults

Evangelization

Support for experiences, training or materials that directly advance the mission of the Gospel and invite others into communion with The Roman Catholic Church

Purpose and Vision: Please describe what your project or program seeks to accomplish and why. This should be no more than 300 words.

Clear Priorities and Desired Outcomes: Please Identify Identify 3 or 5 priorities for your project. Please identify two specific goals for each priority.

Your application must include the following:

Proposed budget for your proposed project
Description of the leaders, team members and roles
Proposed timeline for the project noting important milestones or if one time event, please share the date/time/location

Impact Measurement (Clear Articulation of how success will be measured) Please explain the process or method you will use to track and measure your success toward your goal.

Clear Statement of how this project serves the needs and interests of the Black Catholic Community in Philadelphia. This should be no more than 250.
